The advertisement was designed to Agárd, a village on the shore of Lake-Velencei in Hungary. It was designed after the chess-board-like geometrical setup of the village. It has to be placed into the water where it floats about 50 meters from the shore so the people can see it well, and where there is usally a small breeze above the water to create the movement of the panels.
These panels are attached to the frame along one edge with a torsional spring so the alwasy return to the original position, and so the panels can be turned not only along the upper edge. So depending on the strength of the wind, the panels turn, and when the wind changes, they return to their position. Together with the floating base the movements can be very spontaneous so it is a renewing advertisement just as the wind and wawes which power it.
