Peugeot RCC

My dream Peugeot is the RCC, which combiens the best qualities of these two cars: the power of the RC and the top of the CC. RCC is a bit differet from these two cars, because it is a bit more sporty than those: it is a bit longer to have enough room for all the four passengers, a bit wider and a bit lower. It has four same-sized big wheels with the same circular wheel-drums. These big wheels give place for big disc brakes also. The engine is a bit stronger than in the RC, it is a 2.4 litres four cylinder engine, which power output is 240 HP. The engine is in the front and the car has front wheel drive. That's why the front intake is so big: this engine needs good cooling. The hood is low, the wheel-drums stand out of it at the sides. The belt line is rising towards the back, so the back wheel-drums are under the boot-lid, they are not standing out. The mirrors are on the A-columns, this way no support is needed for them. The windshield is well-tilted as it is usual on the CCs and the top and the rear windshield forms a big glass-top which can be put into the boot by a press of the button. The interior is just as simple as the outside, it consists of simple, geometrical shapes. The seats have big sides to keep the passengers in position at higher speed as well. The lights are also simple formed and inserted to the shape of the body. The boot-lid opens both ways as it is also usual at CC cars. The part of the rear bumper which is a bit inner can be opened downwards separately and under that lid an equivalent spare wheel and other accesories can be kept and reached easily. This geometrical shape led to an other appereance of RCC, wich is the OPART edition: the vivid coloured polish outside and fabric inside goes well with the style of the car. This way a brand new "feeling" is given to RCC. The colours are from the paintings of a famous hungarian painter, Victor Vasarely. So RCC is a great car for young people who like life, with its variegation and live it in a sporty, funny way - just like I do.
