Audi hydro-Trans Coupe (hTC) is a convertible vehicle which can be a family car, or a real coupe.

The basis of the vehicle is the system which drives everything in the car: a fuell-cell engine provides electricity, which is used in a hydraulic compressor. All other systems is powered by hydraulics: the drive system consist of four built-in hydro-engines in the wheels and so the traction and drive can be constantly controlled by the pressure of the fluid in the engines. The hydraulics is used also in the hydraulic-chassis of the car, which lets the wheelbase to be reduced from 3,2m to 2,4 so creating a real coupe-setup. There is a big luggage space behind the seats in the "long" form of the car.

The steering and damping is also powered and adjusted by hydraulics just as the opening of the doors.

In the design the hydraulics has a strong rule also, as the fluid can be seen in all the wheels, and also in the tube running along the side of the car.

The lights are LED-lights showing the Audi light-shapes.

The coupe-feeling is enchanced by the sport-seats, and by the middle-placed driver seat.

The control panel is simple, with illuminated LCD displays.
